I have found the best way to learn French.
I learn new words very strong, the application shows news words again and again while going on.
Also the program allows practicing active skills like speaking and writing.
I pronounce each phrase up to 30-50 times.
Its very effective for me.

Some bad moments
I keep downgrading my review of this app. I would advise against purchasing this program simply because the software does not work properly. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to progress through a single activity and the voice recognition keeps stalling and wont allowing me to progress. My internet connection is completely fine. This has been a constant frustration the whole time Ive been using this app - and it isnt any better on my computer. Unfortunately, I cannot change my initial favourable review on the Rocket Languages website, which I wrote after completing my free trial and getting a $10 discount to submit. So beware the favourable reviews you see online for this program. There are other glitches with the app, which make it frustrating to use and lead to a lot of wasted time. It misses activity points and you have to restart the app to complete a section. The playback in some of the testing sections gets cut off. Also, the presentation of some of the audio lessons is really weird. Sometimes the instructor is antagonistic to the listener and lesson 3.2 is blantanly sexist. Be careful with the trial lessons, because theyve clearly put their effort into perfecting those ones.
I just purchased level one and it looks like I will be asking for a refund. So far I have sent two emails and left one voicemail and the company still has not responded. Neither of my Bluetooth speakers will work consistently with the software and worse than that is the fact that the volume through my phone goes down to a whisper after a few minutes!
Fix it or refund my money!!
I like the program but the app is horrible. Cant hear on the test and cant record your voice. Once you tap the microphone there is no way to turn it off except to exit the app.
Audio playback is still broken. Hard to believe this made it through QA (they do have QA, right?) The interface is also very sluggish. It is obviously not a native app, which I am not necessarily opposed to as they can be done well, but this is not.
You have to delete this app at least once a week and then re-download because the sound starts to come through as a whisper. Major downfall for such a good program. Please fix asap!!
I use Rocket languages on desktop and it works decently well. The mobile app however on my iPhone 6 doesnt even record my voice properly! Its choppy and never records my voice in one cohesive clip resulting in poor recognition and poor scores. Im learning Mandarin so practicing speaking is critical and this app prevents me from doing that. Please fix the mic issue ASAP!
